After conducting over twenty thousand experiments and persistent research, Rays has obtained 12 State’s innovation patents and 23 applicable patents in mainland and HK and Taiwan. All these have constituted a solid foundation and an engine for corporate development.

Different from its peers in the industry and being committed to “using least illuminant and lowest energy consumption”, Rays has developed its optical-based light reflective material, combined with the theory of dispersive reflection in physics. Based on it, Rays has turned out oxidized metal plate by using heat melting integrated technique, which enables people to carry out intensive processing and meticulous adjustments to reflective angle.

While reducing the illuminant by half or more, Rays system combs the light by means of reflection and refraction, and then defuse the light evenly to every corner of the lightbox surface. The technology employs the theory of mutual complement, i.e. redirecting the light from bright zone to dark zone, and eventually creating an effect of “virtual lighting” in dark zone. This has ensured the light to be transmitted evenly to every corner and bring about a perfect display and color representation on entire surface of the lightbox.

Rays reflective material enjoys some unique merits as follows:

l  The usage of polyester oxidized plate prevents the reflective surface from being deteriorated, like the case happened in conventional industry which is inflicted with drop and turn-yellow of the back glue on reflective plate due to heat.

l  The flawless structure is made in accordance with accurate optical calculations, maximizing the energy-saving effort.

l  High weather resistance ensures durable operation under various circumstances.

l  Rays polyester oxidized metal plate reaches the State’s standard of B-s1, d0, t0, meeting the anti-fire requirements to construction materials.

l  The excellent flatness of the surface guarantees easy cleaning without using any special chemicals.

 

Other unique performances include heat resistance, anti-flame, moisture proof, acid-rain erosion resistance, as well as a ten-year-long lifespan.
